The centre provides tourist information, information on public transport schedules and the opening hours of monuments, culture event lists, and promotional materials.
The centre sells books, maps, and souvenirs, provides photocopying of A4 and A3 size documents, advance ticket sales to city-organized events and “Plzeňská vstupenka” events, and sales of the Pilsen Card. It provides posting placards, promotions of events, the town and the region of Nepomuk, and the publication of materials promoting the region.
The centre accepts contributions and advertising for the Nepomucké noviny newspaper.
