We are a steak paradise. We cook using local, seasonal ingredients, and without compromise. Every day, we get fresh ingredients delivered to our kitchen from local farmers. Thanks to perfectly seasoned Angus beef, we offer guests steaks grilled on a charcoal barbecue grill. We prepare beef in a variety of ways and we process all the meat, as we also produce smoked meat, sausages and other delicacies. 

But there is more. We are famous for our tartar steaks, slow-roasted ribs and burgers. We are proud members of the Slow Food Movement, which also means we use first-rate ingredients from local sources, although some of the ingredients are imported from Germany, France and Italy.

Excellent food goes hand in hand with excellent wine. We will gladly recommend Moravian, French or Italian wines from our wine cellar to go with specific dishes.

After the meal, you can buy our homemade sausages. We also make frankfurters, boiled sausages, salami, meat spreads, beef brawn, etc. You can also purchase well-seasoned vacuum-sealed Angus beef from us.

The guesthouse
Accommodation is available in the remodelled attic of the restaurant building. The smell of wood and lavender and the view of the forest and the roofs of country homes will leave you feeling one with nature. If you rent the suite with an infrared sauna, you can experience a romantic evening with a herbal bath. The communal space consists of a conservatory and a south-facing patio. The guesthouse sleeps up to 20 people, and upon request it is possible to expand the accommodation capacity to as many as 40 beds.

The barn
The country barn is part of the Angusfarm Soběsuky restaurant and guesthouse. The facility thus offers comprehensive services – excellent food and drinks, accommodation and modern technology.

We have created a place with a unique atmosphere for our guests. We stuck with traditional and natural materials – wood, stone, firebrick, and clay plaster wall finishes with a touch of lavender. We created a contrast between luxury (crystal chandeliers) and natural materials. When there is a fire burning in the fireplace, delicious food on the table, and you are sitting with friends and drinking good wine from our cellar, you will want to stay. And that’s what we are after – to make you feel right at home.
